The QY series oil filled submersible electric pump consists of a pump body, a seal, and an electric motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor is located at the lower part of the electric pump, and the pump body is located at the upper part of the electric pump. lt has single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal and mixed flow impellers, radial guide vane structures, and axial flow impeller space guide vane structures. The integral mechanical seal or double end mechanical seal is used between the pump body and the motor as the dynamic seal. 0-shaped oil resistant rubber sealing rings are used for static sealing at each fixed stop.
The electric pump shaft is treated with hard chromium plating, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and is also conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.This series of electric pumps is widely used in engineering, farmland, mining, construction sites, municipal environmental protection and other places. it can pump liquids without solid particles such as fibers, paper scraps, and mud, such as well water,river ponds, and other clean water, it is an ideal pumping equipment for agricultural drainage, water tower supply, and mine drainage, but it is not suitable for use in explosion-proof requirements
